With over a decade of experience in fitness and performance coaching, Coach Rob is the powerhouse behind one of the first independently owned Licensed Square-Fit Pro Boxing & Conditioning Studios. Rob is the owner of the Square-Fit Express Sports Academy in Forestville, MD.
